Fábrica de Riddim feat. Ekena “Another Solution” (Vinil 7″)

Another Solution: after a decade, a big hit comes to vinyl.

“Another Solution” is a track that was composed more than a decade ago and consolidated itself as a classic in São Paulo, Brazil as dubplate style.

In the song, singer Ekena interprets the lyrics that she composed in partnership with Saulo Sanches, responsible for the first version of this track that spread through the São Paulo’s countryside for many years, and also Saulo is the artist who illustrates the album cover.

The lyrics are about timeless social problems, but also contain a message of hope, insisting that we must unite and find another solution.

The song contains super-inspired and high-powered vocal melodies by singer Ekena, accompanied by a memorable bass line, which surprises at its entrance and brings a special groove.

ChinDub was responsible for the musical production, backed by Fábrica de Riddim, a project that is commanded by himself together with Fred Gomes, and invited the bassist Gabriel PG for this instrumental. Mixing and dub version are the results of ChinDub and the analog master by Buguinha Dub.

The vinyl 7″ record has a limited press of 300 copies and is already spreading around the world. It’s available in the best shops in the UK, Europe, Japan, and Brazil.

The executive production was in the hands of Félix, who for many years had already visualized this possibility and had a great desire to release this song, which finally came true.
